As part of our many projects, we are in the process of renovating Vinoteca; inside and out. The 3,998 square foot establishment needs quite a bit of work.

Thank you! Thank you for all your e-mails and valuable words. We greatly appreciate them.

As you read in our first letter, we asked for assistance in creating a logo for VINOTECA. We are holding back on working with private companies, and aiming to do all the “small” things (painting, renovation, design, some construction, etc.) on our own; with a little help from our friends. The reason we are doing this is because we want to sustain VINOTECA’s concept of a friendly and familiar neighborhood eatery, and keep it unique and real. Oh, and minimizing costs is a big factor too.

Announcing: Vinoteca

As you know, a small project has been in the works. It all started in New York City approximately in September of 2006, when regular conversations on starting a business began. Since that September, the project has come a long way. From having drinks at a bar and writing ideas on a paper napkin (Yes, it’s cliché, but its true), to developing a business plan; ten months later, on July 4th 2007 a lease was signed. The project officially became a reality.
